Delivery and Pick Ups

Dispatch

Upon confirmation of your order, the dispatch process will commence immediately in preparation for shipment (and tracking/freight company details provided as mentioned above). Delivery fees (where applicable) have been calculated based on the size and weight of the item as well as the location of the delivery. The fee will be displayed during the checkout when the post code for the destination is entered.

Delivery Process

At LadyShip, we do our absolute best to go above and beyond; we offer nationwide and even international delivery on our entire range. Be aware that our products are often shipped from different locations depending on the delivery destination. If you order two different items they may arrive in separate shipments. LadyShip is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers, but we will still do our best regardless.
Upon dispatch of your item, you will be emailed freight tracking details which will allow you to trace your delivery online. Online notices are updated on a 24 hourly basis, which means notifications may be behind the real time. We primarily use Australia Post, who have proven to be efficient, reliable and to your door. Occasionally however we may use a courier service in which case we will notify you if this occurs. There are a couple the advantages to using Australia Post;
  • If your not home they will leave a card which will notify you of where you can pick it up.
  • 99% of the time the pick up point is your local Post Office, which means you don’t have to drive halfway across town to get it.
  • We can send to a P.O. Box if you have one, with a courier you can’t.
  • Australia Post is nation wide.
  • Insurance is available on request.
A re-delivery fee may be charged on buyers for an item that is undeliverable and/or returned to LadyShip due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.Items will only be delivered during normal business hours on weekdays.Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.Please make sure we have a phone number that can be contacted and it is preferable to have an email address as well.

Receiving Your Goods

You will be required to sign the Delivery Receipt when the item(s) is delivered; please take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the Delivery Receipt from the carrier. For further details relating to any possible damage during the delivery process, please refer to our Payments and Returns Policy page. Pick Ups

Scheduled pick ups are available in Perth and Sydney. Pick ups in Sydney are only available during business hours (9am – 5pm) from the warehouse in Erskine Park. Given the traffic in Sydney most people chose to have it delivered. We have some flexibility in Perth. In all cases we will email, text or call you to schedule a pick up time and will confirm the location at the same time.
