Banana Chocolate-Chip Fruit Ice Cream


2 frozen bananas, slice finely before freezing. This will make it easier when processing them.
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tsp crushed cacao nibs or dark chocolate
1 sprig mint


Allow the bananas to thaw for 5 minutes.
Place the bananas in the jar, lock the lid and pulse until blended smooth.
Add the honey and blend until smooth.
Remove from the jar and fold through through the crush cacao nibs by hand.
Serve with some cacao nibs on top with the sprig of mint for decorati


Serves 2.
This is a great example of how to use natural unprocessed ingredients to create yummy, healthy treats.
Can be served in a bowl or an ice cream cone.
As a dinner or lunch desert or even as a healthy snack.
