1/2 cup activated almonds
600ml filtered water
1-2 medjool dates (if using dried 4-5)
2-3 drops NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia

The most used formulae for making almond milk is a 3:1 ratio. e.g. 3 cups of water to 1 cup of almonds.
When you use a LadyShip you can vary this depending on how thick and creamy you want it.
Install the #1 fine filter in to the jar.
Place your glass or jug underneath the tap. Add all the ingredients including the in to the jar. Place the lid on the jar and lock it in place according to the model you have. Remove the vented cap and install the hopper, this will be prevent spillage when adding additional water. Push the On or HIGH button, wait for about 6 – 8 seconds then turn on tap. Once the almond milk has finished expressing turn off the tap, if you wish to extract more milk you can add some more water through the vented cap, let the machine process for a few more seconds then turn on the tap. Once you have finished turn off the tap and turn off the machine. There is also a layering method you can use when making larger quantities of almond milk.
